Frequently asked questions
Will I get banned?
DreamHelper & SekaiHelper do not modify the app. They only use touch input via emulator and never touch game files or memory. Root is not required. No BAN reports since launch in October 2025.
SekaiHelper Pro rewrites in-game judgment, so it carries a different risk profile. It requires a rooted MuMu Player. No BAN reports as of now, but the risk is higher than the other products.

SekaiHelper focuses on automated grinding. It can also auto-play Solo Lives, but since it uses touch input the accuracy is lower than Pro. Supports MuMu. No root required.

It's not working properly.
This is often caused by emulator lag or freezing. Set the game to lightweight mode and verify the resolution is 16:9. If the problem persists, ask on Discord.
